“Do not optimize for the cheapest registration. Optimize for the most valuable user.”
Zyra Capital launched its first Coinzilla campaigns with a two-stage objective: build demand ahead of the platform launch, then turn that awareness into qualified traffic once the product went live.
The first stage focused on pre-registrations. After launch, the priority shifted toward attracting users ready to explore the platform and progress further through the acquisition funnel.
Rather than treating clicks or registrations as the end goal, Zyra Capital used campaign and first-party data to understand which traffic sources showed stronger commercial intent. Coinzilla supported this approach with crypto-focused traffic, multiple advertising formats, tailored creatives, and ongoing campaign optimization.
During the initial campaign period, Zyra Capital generated more than 1.63 million impressions. In-App Native advertising achieved a CTR of nearly 1%, while placement-level data helped reveal where the most promising user activity originated.
The Constraint
For Zyra Capital, the challenge wasn’t simply generating awareness. It was communicating a sophisticated financial product clearly enough to capture attention while attracting users with a genuine interest in the platform.
The team also recognized an important distinction: crypto interest doesn’t necessarily indicate investment intent. High CTR or registration numbers can look promising without showing whether those users are likely to progress further.
As Timothy Bachmann, CMO of Zyra Capital, explains, interest, registration, and commercial intent represent different stages of the acquisition journey.
The campaign, therefore, needed to achieve two things at once: introduce Zyra Capital to relevant crypto audiences and generate enough performance data to distinguish reach from meaningful engagement.

Coinzilla’s Approach
Zyra Capital started working with Coinzilla ahead of its platform launch, giving both teams the opportunity to align advertising with different stages of the go-to-market strategy.
Coinzilla provided banner creation, campaign recommendations, targeting guidance, and ongoing optimization. Instead of relying on a single traffic source or format, the strategy combined network-wide exposure with dedicated campaigns for selected crypto websites and apps.
This setup provided Zyra Capital with a broader testing environment to understand how different audiences responded to its positioning.
STEP 1: Build Awareness Before Launch
Zyra Capital launched its first Coinzilla campaigns on January 30, 2026, with the initial objective of generating pre-registrations before the platform went live.
The pre-launch campaign used a direct message: “Zyra Capital Is Opening Its Doors. Zyra Capital Launches Feb 19.” The CTA, “Pre-Register Now,” gave interested users a clear way to act before launch.
Once the platform launched, the messaging shifted from anticipation to product value. New creatives introduced Zyra Capital with messages such as “AI-Powered Crypto Arbitrage,” “Institutional Precision,” and “Real-Time Execution,”and updated the CTA to “Access Platform.”
This progression kept the advertising aligned with the product’s lifecycle: create anticipation before launch, then give interested users a reason to explore the platform once it became available.
STEP 2: Test Multiple Formats and Placements
Zyra Capital initially ran Native and Display campaigns across Coinzilla’s broader network to establish reach. In parallel, dedicated campaigns targeted major crypto platforms and high-traffic environments, including CoinMarketCap, DEXTools, and blockchain scanner websites.
The multi-format setup created a useful comparison point. Instead of evaluating campaign performance in aggregate, Zyra Capital could see how different placements and advertising environments contributed to engagement.
These findings could then inform where future campaign budgets and testing efforts should be concentrated.
STEP 3: Create a Premium, Trust-Focused Message
Zyra Capital wanted its advertising to match the premium, institutional positioning of its platform.
The creative direction, therefore, emphasized a structured, professional, and confident visual identity, while keeping the copy concise enough for advertising environments. Coinzilla adapted both messaging and banners to the pre-registration and post-launch objectives.
Rather than explaining the full technical infrastructure in an ad, the creatives focused on communicating key differentiators quickly and giving users a clear next step.
That balance was particularly relevant for a financial product, where attention may happen quickly, but credibility takes longer to establish. As Timothy Bachmann puts it, “Personality wins attention. Professionalism wins trust.”
STEP 4: Use Performance Data to Refine the Campaign
The initial campaign period ran from January 30 to March 9, 2026.
Zyra Capital began with minimum daily budgets across several campaigns, including dedicated campaigns for individual websites and applications. This approach allowed the team to gather comparative performance data before increasing focus on specific traffic sources.
As campaign data accumulated, Coinzilla excluded website zones and geographic markets with lower CTR and provided recommendations to improve engagement with relevant audiences.
Instead of making early assumptions about where the strongest users would come from, the team used actual campaign behavior to guide subsequent decisions.
Key Performance Indicators
Zyra Capital and Coinzilla evaluated performance across different stages of the acquisition funnel rather than relying on a single headline metric.
- Impressions showed how much visibility the campaigns generated within crypto-focused environments.
- CTR helped identify creatives, formats, and placements that captured attention more effectively.
- Registrations and conversions showed how often that attention progressed into measurable actions.
- Geographic and placement performance revealed where campaign response was strongest.
- First-party funnel analytics helped Zyra Capital evaluate user behavior after the ad click.
Together, these metrics linked media performance to downstream user behavior, helping the team distinguish campaigns that generated attention from those that drove traffic from sources with stronger intent.
Results & Impact

During the initial campaign period, Zyra Capital generated more than 1.63 million impressions across selected crypto-focused advertising environments. Campaigns ran across desktop and mobile devices in the UAE, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the United States. Among these markets, the United States generated the highest traffic volume. Beyond visibility, this geographic and device coverage provided Zyra Capital with a larger dataset to understand how campaign response varied across audiences.

Of the advertising formats tested, In-App Native emerged as an important engagement channel, recording a CTR of nearly 1% from the outset. CoinStats proved particularly significant further down the funnel. According to Zyra Capital’s campaign feedback, 90% of applications came through the CoinStats app. The result gave the team a more meaningful signal than CTR alone: certain crypto-native environments weren’t just attracting attention, but were also associated with users taking a more substantial next step.

As the campaigns progressed, Coinzilla used placement and geographic performance data to narrow the targeting strategy. Website zones and markets with lower CTR were excluded, reducing exposure in areas with lower engagement and allowing the campaign setup to become more selective over time. More importantly, the testing phase gave Zyra Capital a clearer framework for future acquisition decisions: evaluate traffic not only by how efficiently it generates clicks or registrations, but by what those users do afterward. The initial campaign period, therefore, delivered more than reach. It established a performance baseline, identified promising traffic sources, and generated insights Zyra Capital could apply to its next stage of growth.
